The fact that he showed drug-typical abnormalities was fatal for a 62-year-old driver from Munich in Unterhaching. When the police checked him there on Friday afternoon, he also freely admitted that he had smoked a joint. That wasn’t his only problem, though: the man didn’t have a driver’s license either, and he didn’t have any liability insurance for his car. The police took the car key from him, removed the stamp from the vehicle’s license plate number and arranged for a blood sample to be taken. The 62-year-old is now facing several criminal and administrative offense proceedings.
