The Ukrainian president’s chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, said Tuesday evening that he discussed Russian attacks on Ukraine with White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan and the “importance of strengthening air defense of Ukraine”. Russia “deliberately targets essential infrastructure and residential neighborhoods,” denounced Ukrainian Defense Minister Roustem Oumerov.
