Horror returns to Bristol: just weeks after a double murder, another deadly attack rocks the city.

This is the second time in just a few weeks in the western English city Bristol a teenager suspected of being killed by other teenagers. Two 15-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of murder and were in police custody, the police said on Friday night. They are said to have attacked and stabbed the 16-year-old in a park on Wednesday.

Just a few weeks ago, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were killed in the city. In this case, several teenagers between the ages of 14 and 16 as well as a 44-year-old man are charged with murder.

According to initial findings, the cases are not related. Knife violence among young people is a widespread problem in England. The reasons are usually gang wars, drugs or injured vanity.

Police said the similar acts in a short space of time had caused deep concern in the community. Residents told Britain’s PA news agency that their children were too scared to go onto the street or the playground. The mayor of the West of England region, Dan Norris, called for a new approach to tackling the violence. The causes also need to be better investigated and preventive action needs to be taken.
