While Egan Bernal’s state of health has been improving since his violent accident on Monday during a training session in Colombia, doctors at the La Sabana clinic, where he is hospitalized, have planned two new surgeries this Friday.
After a successful surgery on the femur, patella and spine, Bernal will again go to the operating table to consolidate a fracture of the second metacarpal of the right hand, and another at the level of the jaw which presents a dento-alveolar displacement.
