Two minors aged 14 and 15 were indicted on Friday for murder as part of the investigation into the fatal attack on Philippe Coopman, a 22-year-old young man beaten to death on Tuesday in Grande-Synthe (North), announced the Dunkirk prosecutor.
At this stage of the investigation, there are reasons to believe that this is a “murder aggravated by the circumstance of ambush”, explained prosecutor Charlotte Huet during a press conference.
