The Israeli professional soccer player Jehezkel wants to commemorate the Hamas massacre on October 7th with a gesture. An action that has consequences for him.

Israeli football professional Sagiv Jehezkel was arrested after his public commemoration of the victims of the Hamas massacre on October 7th during a game in the Turkish Süper Lig. This was reported by the state news agency Anadolu. The player from the first division club Antalyaspor is accused of sedition, it was said.

Jehezkel had in the game against Trabzonspor held his bandaged arm up to the cameras after an equalizer.
