The fact that Donald Trump has once again declared himself the Republican candidate for the presidency of the USA is both a blessing and a curse for the Democratic Party. No other politician brings democratic voters to the polls so reliably. Trump has also proven to be a reliable loser in recent years. His base is loyal to him, but it looks like the majority of Americans strongly reject him.
