Trial in Bayreuth: the night of the murder of Mistelbach – Bavaria

Of

Benedikt Warmbrunn, Bayreuth

Hannah S. heard her mother’s calls for help on the upper floor of the house in the small Upper Franconian community of Mistelbach. The daughter stayed upstairs, she didn’t rush down to the basement, to her parents’ bedroom. She knew what happened there. She knew that Felix S. – her boyfriend for almost four months – had gone downstairs a few minutes earlier, dressed in black, equipped with a ski mask, headlamp and knife. Hannah S. knew that her boyfriend wanted to murder her parents. She knew it because she wanted it that way herself. Hannah S., the public prosecutor’s office accuses her of, “hated her parents and wanted them dead.”
