This tiny Colorado black bear is in a predicament.
While looking for food, the young animal gets caught in a large steel container and cannot free itself.
Luckily, officers from the local police and nature agency CPW come to his aid.
The emergency services lay out ladders so that the bear can climb out of the container.
The bear jumps out of the container with ease and runs back into the forest.
Bears are notorious garbage thieves in landfills and campsites, especially in the United States and Canada.
The animals may attack or even kill people.
But encounters with black bears are usually not bad for humans.
According to the authorities, the bear finds his way back to his mother after his involuntary adventure.
The authorities are using the case to warn the population that this type of garbage container should not be used in the region. According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife, avoiding conflicts between humans and animals is a joint task.
