Cristiano Ronaldo’s employer Al-Nassr is said to have held initial talks about a possible transfer from Bayern Munich’s Sadio Mané.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s employer Al-Nassr is said to be in first talks about a possible transfer from Bayern Munich Sadio Mané led.

The German soccer record champion gave the Saudi club the green light to negotiate with the Senegalese offensive player, the portal “Ariadhiah” reported, citing unnamed sources. Bayern are said to have called 30 million euros as a transfer fee.

According to the “kicker”, the Munich team has already informed Mané that he no longer plays a role in the plans for the new season. The 31-year-old is also about saving his salary in order to be able to use it elsewhere, it said.

Al-Nassr is currently on a transfer ban

The interest of several Saudi clubs in Mané had recently been reported. Al-Nassr has been courting Mané for a long time and has now intensified his efforts, it said. Club boss Ahmed Al-Ghamdi therefore met with a representative of Manés.

However, the world governing body FIFA has placed a transfer ban on the club for the time being because it has not yet made payments for some transfers. FIFA announced that Al-Nassr could only sign players again once these debts had been settled.
