When it comes to making a plausible and sustainable migration policy, the federal government remains speechless. She is wasting away what it takes for a good future in this country.

This is a good sign, especially since the chancellor initially let it be known that there were no additional federal funds. The decision, however, will bring little relief to Germany. Because when it comes to migration policy, one of the most important and difficult future tasks, the federal government is just cheating its way through. And it can’t stay the way it is.
