Lisa gets hit on by Simon
Victoire, Lisa, Sandrine and Morgane sunbathe around the pool. The discussion drifts to Lisa’s love life when Sandrine receives a text message. Morgana notices his upset look and makes sure everything is fine. Sandrine is very cold towards him. Lisa goes to the hospital on a pretext to see Aaron again. She is uncomfortable and gets entangled in her lies. When it’s time to leave, she loses her means and drops her shopping in front of him. Leaving the consultation room, Lisa involuntarily bumps into Simon who is getting out of the elevator. The lawyer came to lunch with Aaron, but it wasn’t planned and the surgeon didn’t have time. Simon deplores his lack of spontaneity and in passing, he flirts with Lisa. Simon then recognizes the young woman and introduces himself. But, Lisa doesn’t make the connection between Aaron and Simon.
Not far from there, Morgane is with Gabriel. She tries to reach Sandrine, but she refuses her call and sends her an automatic message. Morgane gets annoyed before reassuring her son about his relationship with Sandrine. For her part, Sandrine is with Victoire. The young woman had the impression that her relationship with Morgane was strained this morning. Sandrine makes him believe that this is not the case. Their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of Lisa who tells them about her troubles at the hospital. Victoire points out to her cousin that Simon is Aaron’s brother. Lisa points out that they really are very different.
Touching family reunion at the Lehauts
Alain Lehaut comes to spend a few days in Sète. François and Adam are waiting for him in front of the station. Adam sent Alain their location. François is a bit nervous. He decides to go and wait for her on the quay. But, Alain passed on the side of the station and goes to meet Adam. He is very moved to meet his grandson for the first time and hugs him. Alain then sees François who is heading towards the entrance to the station. Adam calls his father. The reunion between François and his father is moving. They then go to lunch at the hut. To thank Charlie for welcoming her, he offers her a silk scarf. It was then that Adam noticed the presence of camera equipment in his grandfather’s bag. They both discover that they share the same passion. Alain then made the acquaintance of Soizic who introduced himself as being “François’ first and only wife”. Alain invites her to have a coffee with them and wants to pay the bill. Charlie declines because he is family. Alain is embarrassed, but this is not the case for Soizic. She takes the opportunity to be offered a coffee and sparkling water. At nightfall, Alain bumps into Charlie in the living room and points out that Soizic doesn’t seem to be very kind to her. Charlie admits to him that it is mutual. Alain thinks that Charlie has nothing to worry about, because his son seems terribly in love with her.

Agathe tries to eliminate Martin
The day before, Aurore and Martin discovered that Agathe had been aiming for the post of commander since 2018, and that the death of her son swung her to the other side. With the help of Sara and Roxane, they set up a plan to bring her down. The goal is to make Agathe believe that they are no longer on her trail to unmask her.
Early in the morning, Sébastien Perraud received a visit from Martin. He came to tell him that he was going to resume his post as commander on Monday. Martin still has a leg injury. He will not return to the field immediately, but he is able to take over the police station. Sébastien emphasizes that Agathe was effective during her absence. Martin points out that Captain Lambesc is only his replacement, that it is his teams that are targeted and that it is therefore up to him to take over the investigation.
At the police station, Aurore receives a text message from Roxane. The young woman created from scratch a false file in the name of Sofiane Bayram. After deleting her text message, Aurore makes Agathe believe that she thinks she was targeted fifteen days apart by two different people and she puts her on the trail of Sofiane Bayram. She makes him believe that he got out of prison two days before he was shot and that he could be angry with her. Aurore explains to Agathe that Sofiane was an informant in a cocaine trafficking case in 2019. She convinced her to give out the names of her wholesalers in exchange for a reduced sentence and an electronic bracelet. Only, she let him rot in prison after discovering that he was violent with his girlfriend. Agathe falls into the trap. She speaks to Roxane who confirms Aurore’s words. Agathe and Karim go to his last known address. After they leave, Roxane checks with Sara that she has been credible. Sara reassures her on this point. She just hopes that Agathe won’t come across the man in the photo in the street. Roxane explains to her companion that it is impossible. Everything was invented from scratch except the address. Even the face of this fake suspect was created by artificial intelligence. Roxane and Sara hope that will be enough for Agathe to be sure that they are no longer in her tracks and to bring her down.
At the Accommodation and Social Reintegration Center, unsurprisingly, no one saw Sofiane. On leaving the center, Agathe receives a text message informing her that Martin is back in his job from Monday. She accuses the blow all the more that she made an assignment request for Sète. If she is not accepted, she will have to go to another police station. Karim thinks she has nothing to worry about. It is certain that his request will be accepted.
Not far from there, Raphaëlle and Martin are walking around when the latter receives a text message from Agathe. She would like to go see him at his house to give him a topo before his return. Martin cuts their walk short.
Agathe visits Martin as planned and they take stock of the ongoing investigation. Martin makes sure that she will dig the Bayram track until she returns, then he offers her a coffee. Agathe seizes this opportunity to drug him without his knowledge. Martin is not feeling well. Agathe slips away quickly. Martin ends up collapsing on the ground.
At nightfall, at the police station, Agathe takes stock with Karim, Aurore and Sara. Aurore makes Agathe believe that she and Sara have seen Sofiane’s ex and that the latter has not seen him since 2019. Karim then receives a call from Nordine. He’s at the hospital. On the verge of tears, Nordine announces terrible news to Karim. Martin had a heart attack at home a few hours ago. The doctors tried to save him, but it was too late. Moved, Karim informs his colleagues that Martin is dead.
