An investigation has been opened after accusations of rape in a Marseille nightclub, has learned 20 minutes with the prosecution, confirming information from
BFMTV. The facts would have occurred during the night from Saturday to Sunday, at the Rooftop, the open-air nightclub located on the roof of the Terrasses du Port shopping center.
According to our colleagues, these accusations from a young woman target a personality from the social network TikTok, whose identity we do not yet know. Contacted by 20 minutes, the Marseille prosecutor’s office indicates that “the investigation will make it possible to determine whether the facts denounced constitute an offense of rape”.
