Daniel Křetínský is one of the richest Europeans. Now the Czech is joining Thyssenkrupp’s steel division in the middle of the crisis. It is not his first investment in Germany. Critics accuse him of making money at the expense of the climate.

The supervisory board of the M-Dax company was supposed to approve the entry of the Czech billionaire Daniel Křetínský into the steel division at its meeting in the glass office tower.
