A final farewell. Almost three years after her death, Sophie Le Tan received a final tribute from her family and loved ones. A ceremony took place Saturday morning in Thann, in the Haut-Rhin, revealed the Icared association, which was formed following the disappearance of the student.
“This tribute is a fair return to the situation following a long and trying legal battle aimed at obtaining authorization from the authorities to return Sophie’s remains. This agreement finally given, the family was asked to proceed with the burial as quickly as possible, the latter therefore having to carry out the procedures in the greatest haste “, writes the collective in its Facebook post.
This burial comes as the trial of Jean-Marc Reiser, who confessed to his murder last September, is expected to be held in the coming months.
