Several fatal accidents occurred on Bavaria’s roads within just a few hours. A motorcyclist had an accident near Marktl (Altötting district) on Thursday afternoon. According to initial findings, the 41-year-old was driving on an unpaved path next to the district road and fell, the police announced on Friday. He then came under an oncoming delivery truck and suffered serious head injuries, from which he died at the scene of the accident. The cause of the accident was initially unclear.
