On May 26, 2019, for a futile reason, a group of men started beating up a fifty-year-old in a bar in Toulouse. Seriously injured after being beaten up, he died. On Thursday, the five men involved were sentenced by the Haute-Garonne Assize Court to sentences ranging from 9 to 15 years in prison.
Aged between 23 and 30, they were all found guilty of “violence in a meeting resulting in death”. Sentences ranging from 8 to 15 years’ imprisonment had been requested against the five men.

Bar managers sentenced
