The most popular small towns in Germany
The holiday home portal “Holidu” searched for the most popular small towns in Germany. They evaluated the search queries of the Google search engine over the past year for small towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants. Searches for the city name and a combination of city and place of interest were included in the analysis. The city with the largest monthly search volume landed at number 1.
A total of 20 small towns in Germany were included in the ranking. We show the top ten in the picture gallery and give tips for a trip to the beautiful towns of Germany.
