The Weeknd originally wanted to travel the world last year. Now the Canadian had to postpone his tour again.

“After Hours” becomes “After Hours Til Dawn”: The Weeknd (31) postpones his world tour one more time. That announced the Canadian via Instagram. 104 shows were planned on all continents from the beginning of 2022. Now he will not go on tour until summer 2022.

It is likely that the dates planned for Germany will also be postponed. The Weeknd had previously planned, among other things, concerts in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne, which should take place in the fall. However, the exact new tour dates have not yet been set.

“Because of arena restrictions and the demand for more shows, I want to do something bigger and special for you guys that needs stadiums,” explains The Weeknd. Current tickets would be automatically reimbursed and all ticket holders would be prioritized when purchasing new tickets for the concerts.
