For the Japanese Prime Minister, this period of 77 years without recourse to nuclear weapons, “must never end”. “If the nuclear weapon were one day used, it would constitute an act of hostility against humanity (…) the international community will never authorize such an act”, he lambasted, also describing the threatening attitude of Russian President Vladimir Putin as “deeply disturbing”.
