The meeting between Toulouse and Montpellier on Sunday, on the occasion of the 9th day of Ligue 1, was interrupted fifteen minutes after the use of tear gas by the police in the Montpellier parking lot.
Classified at risk, the match was stopped in the 59th minute when the score was 4 goals to 1 in favor of Toulouse. The atmosphere became totally unbreathable for the public but also for the players, who had to return to the locker room.
A dozen arrests
