The Nancy court delivered its deliberations this Friday morning concerning the three pilots who had participated. They were prosecuted for “urban rodeo” and “endangering the lives of others” after having “drifted” in the middle of a dense crowd.
The three defendants were given suspended prison sentences of six, four and three months. They also saw license suspensions held against them, for a period of six months, reports The Republican East. The trio was found guilty of “endangering the lives of others” and “lack of insurance”, but not of “urban rodeo”.
“We’ll see if we appeal”
Their vehicles, which they were finally able to recover after a long confiscation, are not recorded again. “We will see if we appeal, we will think about it with the customers,” reacted to 20 minutes one of the lawyers for the three defendants.
In this case, two other convictions had already been handed down last summer. KVRA, the rapper who shared a featuring with Jul, was fined 140 hours of community service (TIG) and his friend was fined 600 euros. The two were prosecuted for having organized the event without requesting any authorization.
