The taco sushi, new star of the 10th arrondissement? The Noori restaurant opened its doors in September and offers its creation from elsewhere, the taco sushi. Axel, the founder, fan of Japanese culture, created an atmosphere with Japanese accents, which he thought of from A to Z. “I had worked for years in the restaurant business, and in particular street food. And I wanted to link my two passions”. He launched the project in the midst of Covid-19, “not the easiest way to find funding”
On the menu, it offers a wide range of sushi tacos, taco for the shape and sushi for the flavors and ingredients.
