They are among us. Munich is the target of an invasion: Aliens with stubby tentacles and yellow spherical creatures grab everything that is dear to Munich residents: pretzels, beer, fruit from the Viktualienmarkt, even the Münchner Kindl. But it doesn’t bother anyone, on the contrary: the locals are happy to see how charmingly and cutely their attitude to life is played on the walls of many houses. In the queer Glockenbachviertel, a little monster races down on a rainbow – you smile involuntarily when such a colorful pixel image catches your eye. And now even the Munich Cultural Committee has decided to preserve the mosaics scattered throughout the city.
