Two days before the publication of a senatorial information report on the situation and future of Atos, which points out the delay and inadequacy of its action, the State has finally decided out of the woods on Sunday. Via the State Holdings Agency, Bercy sent a non-binding letter of intent to the management of Atos, with a view to purchasing sensitive and strategic activities from the point of view of the country’s sovereignty.
