A little after 9 a.m., Bouygues confirmed on X that disruptions were underway in Brittany. “Following a network incident in your region, you may encounter difficulties using your Bbox and/or mobile services,” indicates the operator, who has deployed technical teams in the field to restore services “in the as fast as we can. »
A little later, SFR also indicated on the social network that its network was disrupted by an outage in the region. “An incident is currently impacting part of our fixed telephone, Internet and mobile services,” specifies the operator.
In a press release, the Côtes-d’Armor prefecture invites the population to dial 112 from a landline or mobile phone in the event of an emergency.
