The individual is suspected of having assaulted a woman in her forties in an apartment in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire during the night from Thursday to Friday, reports Ocean Press. He would have taken advantage of the vulnerability of his victim, asleep, to abuse her.
The latter, who had spent part of the evening consuming alcohol with the 50-year-old, would have managed to push him away, until he pushed him back into the toilet. She would then have succeeded in locking him inside the WC.
Alerted, the gendarmes had no difficulty in arresting the individual already well known to justice. He had indeed already been sentenced to a heavy prison sentence for an intentional homicide in Indre-et-Loire.
