The RATP organizes a tribute to Renaud for his 70th birthday

It is to a “Lovers of Paname” that the RATP pays tribute this Wednesday, May 11. On the occasion of Renaud’s 70th birthday, “a dozen artists accredited “Musicians of the metro” will resonate in the corridors of 6 stations with his most popular songs”, indicates a press release from the RATP. And, concretely, how will it happen?

Five groups will perform the great hits of the angry singer from 9 a.m. until the collective grand finale at 3 p.m., Saint-Lazare station, at the level of the clock on the ground, Line 14 side. The five other musical stations will be République, Châtelet, Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy.

This is not the first time that the “Musiciens du métro” have paid tribute to a musical personality. “This was the case for example in 2015 with David Bowie or in 2016 with The Rolling Stones”, specifies the press release from the RATP.
