The public prosecutor’s office requests additional information

The public prosecutor of Toulouse, Franck Rastoul, said on Friday that he had requested additional information in the case of the murder of Delphine Jubillar of which her husband Cédric is accused, confirming information from the daily La Dépêche du Midi.

“I confirm to you that the general prosecutor’s office has made requisitions requesting additional information,” Franck Rastoul told AFP. “The checks that must be made can now only be done within the framework of this additional information,” he added.

A suspicious conversation

According to our colleagues La Dépêche du Midiin a conversation placed under surveillance, an inmate imprisoned for attempted murder in Lannemezan, in the Hautes-Pyrénées, would have spoken with his mother about the affair and mentioned the first names of three people, at least two of whom appear in the Jubillar file .

The requisitions of the general prosecutor’s office must be examined on January 18, at the same time as the appeal against the order of indictment of Cédric Jubillar filed by his lawyers, before the investigating chamber of the Court of Appeal of Toulouse.
