The judgment at the Guérini trial expected on May 28

The Guérini brothers set on their fate on May 28th. The Marseille Criminal Court, before which Senator Jean-Noël Guérini and his brother Alexandre, alongside ten other defendants, appeared for alleged public procurement rigging, on Wednesday reserved his judgment on May 28.

The prosecution requested four years in prison, two of which are closed, a 70,000 euros fine and a five-year ineligibility against the elected official, and eight years firm with a committal warrant and a 500,000 euros fine against his younger entrepreneur. The lawyers of the two defendants pleaded their acquittals.
