The question of the status of the fetus carried by the pregnant woman victim of the accident will have to be decided and will determine whether Pierre Palmade will answer for “unintentional injuries” or “involuntary homicide”.

The unresolved question of the fetus

At the end of October, the comedian told the investigating judge that he was “horrified” at the consequences for the victims of the road accident he caused in February while under the influence of drugs, according to his statements to the investigating magistrate. . On February 10, on a departmental road in Seine-et-Marne, Pierre Palmade was driving a car which hit a vehicle coming in front. In addition to the actor, the accident left three seriously injured: a 38-year-old man, his 6-year-old son and his 27-year-old sister-in-law, who lost the baby she was expecting after the collision.
