An influencer who joked in a post on a social network about the death of an Israeli baby in connection with the Hamas attack in Israel will be judged on November 22 by the Paris Criminal Court, we learned this Friday with the lawyer of a civil party.
She was arrested on Thursday and taken into police custody.

She was to be tried on Friday in immediate appearance for advocating an act of terrorism by means of an online communication service, and public incitement to hatred, violence or discrimination based on origin, ethnicity, nation, race or religion.
The trial was postponed until November 22 at 1:30 p.m., indicated Me Sara Després, one of the lawyers of the deputy (related LR) Meyer Habib, who became a civil party, just like Licra.
