The man who was admitted to our clinic some time ago was firmly convinced that his actually healthy wife was suffering from multiple sclerosis. The 70-year-old also feared that he would somehow be drawn into the Ukrainian war. He felt persecuted and was sure that unknown Russian men had broken into his apartment.
