The Covid-19 strikes again … Tested positive, the Swede Kulusevski forfeits the start of the competition

And it goes on and on. It’s just the beginning, okay, okay. UEFA should have asked Francis Cabrel to write the anthem for Euro 2021, as the event has to repeat itself. After the Dutchman Jasper Cillessen and the Spaniard Sergio Busquets, it is the Swede Dejan Kulusevski who has tested positive for Covid-19.

The Juventus winger (21) will miss the first game of the competition next Monday against La Roja in Sevilla, coach Janne Andersson said at a press conference on Tuesday.

He hopes to be able to recover his young player for the rest of the test. No question therefore in Andersson’s mind to call a new element before Sweden’s debut in the Euro, as the regulations allow.
