A sex video made her famous, but that was a long time ago. Today Kim Kardashian is an entrepreneur – she is even said to be a billionaire. She is now taking part in a BBC series about Elizabeth Taylor.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian (43) is executive producing a documentary about the film legend Elizabeth Taylor on board. The three-part series “Elizabeth Taylor: Rebel Superstar” has been commissioned by the BBC, production company Fremantle announced. Family members, friends and colleagues will have their say, including the actresses Joan Collins and Margaret O’Brien and the US immunologist Anthony Fauci, with whom Taylor was an AIDS activist.

In addition to her role as a producer, Kardashian will also have her say in the series. According to the statement, she conducted the last interview with Taylor before the actress’s death in 2011. Kardashian described Taylor as a “fighter.” She is proof that “you can develop and change and have different chapters in your life – and with this blueprint she paved the way for everyone who came after her.”

Two-time Oscar winner Taylor died in 2011 at the age of 79. In a career spanning more than 50 years, she made over 50 films, including Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Cleopatra and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? Taylor had eight marriages and was also known as a businesswoman and activist.

Kardashian appeared, among other things, on the reality TV show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”. Since September she has also been seen in a role in the US horror series “American Horror Story: Delicate”. In November she was accepted for a leading role in the planned Netflix comedy “The Fifth Wheel”, which she will also co-produce.
