On Instagram, Sylvie Meis remembers the “happiest day” of her life when her son Damián was born. Her offspring will be 16 years old.
Sylvie Meis (44) could not be prouder. Her son Damián celebrates his 16th birthday on May 28th. On Instagram she celebrates the teenager’s big day with a special photo of a mother and son smiling for the camera. Meis puts her arm on the shoulder of the 16-year-old.
The presenter writes: “Happy birthday, baby! I gave birth to you 16 years ago, the happiest day of my life.” Damián should continue to shine, pursue his dreams and remain “the nice and loving young man” that he is. “You make me such a proud mom,” she concludes the post.
Rafael van der Vaart also congratulates
Father Rafael van der Vaart (39), to whom Meis was married from 2005 to 2013, congratulated his son on Instagram. “My little boy isn’t that little anymore… Happy birthday son! May all your dreams come true,” he captioned a snap of Damián with his little half-sister (b. 2017). The girl’s mother is the handball player Estavana Polman (29), with whom the soccer star has been in a relationship since 2016.
