Mostaganem, Algeria: Zoo is happy about white lion cubs. Two lionesses gave birth to a total of seven cubs. Four of them are very light, three are brown. A gene mutation is responsible for the coloration. Six white lions have been born at the zoo since 2017. Now a total of 21 African lions and many other species live there.
