This is how the biscuit fries are made

Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Cut the butter into small cubes and add. Mix the ingredients into a batter until it is no longer lumpy. If you like, you can also fold in some applesauce or chocolate chips if necessary. It is important that the dough is not too runny. Then cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Now you can roll out the dough, making sure that it stays about as thick as you want the fries to be. The thinner the fries, the easier it is to break them when baking. Now cut the dough into French-sized strips. Let the cookie sticks rest in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. Then bake for ten minutes at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat) until crispy.

Fruit sauces made from strawberries as a ketchup substitute, vanilla yogurt as a mayo variant, and chocolate or caramel sauces are suitable for dipping. There a no limits to imagination.
