The victim presents “a really significant impact on the face (…) particularly at the nose”, which “resulted in blood discharge”. His death would result from this crash but also from suffocation due to the flow of blood, according to the magistrate. The deceased fifty-year-old was found Monday evening at the home of a young woman, “who is not involved in the facts,” said Etienne Manteaux. She had called the emergency services, when they arrived, another man, also exonerated, was trying to give the victim a cardiac massage.
