Strawberry cake recipe: crumble cake to fall in love with (video)

For the dough:
250 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
125 grams of sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 egg
125g butter

For covering:
750 grams of strawberries
2 packs of cake glaze, red
1/4 liter of water
4 tbsp sugar

For covering:
200 ml cream
1 pack cream stiffener
1 packet of vanilla sugar

1) Put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead into a crumble with your fingers.
2) Pour about 2/3 of the dough into the greased springform pan and press into a cake base. Crumble the other third of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake both for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
3) Let the crumble and the base cool down, then carefully remove the base from the springform pan, place on a cake plate and place a cake ring around it.
4) Wash the strawberries, cut out the stalk and place the fruit in whole pieces on the floor.
5) Prepare the frosting according to package instructions and pour over the strawberries. Then let the cast cool down.
6) Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff and pour over the strawberries.
7) Scatter the crumbles over the cream, press down lightly and garnish with a few more strawberries.
