Starnberg: Drunk and without a license on the road – Starnberg

One should not drive a car under the influence of alcohol. However, two young men did not heed this principle last weekend and caused accidents with their vehicles, reports the Starnberg police. In the night from Thursday to Friday around 2.30 a.m., a 24-year-old Feldafinger notified the towing service because, according to his own information, he had strayed from the road between Traubing and Machtlfing at about 120 km / h. He pleaded several times not to notify the police, which aroused the suspicion of the dispatcher. The police appeared anyway – and found a breath alcohol level of 1.6 per mille in the 24-year-old. The officers were unable to secure the driver’s license, however, because “the Feldafinger doesn’t have any,” said the police. The man’s car is only worth scrap.

A 19-year-old man from Berg came off the road on Monday morning from Tutzing in the direction of Feldafing at 4 a.m. in Garatshausen. Here he lost control of his car, probably due to the weather conditions in connection with excessive speed, skid and drove to the left into a property wall. The impact was so forceful that parts of the wall flew several meters into a game library and damaged slot machines there. The officials’ suspicion of alcohol consumption by the damaged party was confirmed with a value of 0.7 per mille; however, the zero alcohol limit applies to drivers under the age of 21. Fortunately, the young man was unharmed. The police assume a total loss of at least 30,000 euros for his vehicle.
