The final flight of the USS Discovery is coming up: The final season of “Star Trek: Discovery” will be available on Paramount+ from April 4th.

The start date of the long-awaited fifth and final season of ““Star Trek: Discovery” has been released after almost a year of waiting. The first two of a total of ten episodes will be available on Paramount+ from April 4th, as the streaming service announced via a press release. The remaining episodes will then follow weekly on Thursdays.

It is the final adventure for Captain Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green, 38) and her crew of the USS Discovery, who in the fifth season will have to deal with a new mystery, an epic adventure across the galaxy and dangerous enemies.

It was announced in March 2023 that the fifth season would also be the last season of the show. “Discovery” started in 2017 as the first “Star Trek” series since “Star Trek: Enterprise,” which ended in 2005.
