You did it. That was eight years ago, and of course Andreas and Toni Schneider had doubts at the time. Her father founded “Schneider Rad+Sport” in Traunstein, Bavaria, in 1978 and established it as a business until his death in 2002. There you could buy equipment for all common sports: cycling, football, running, swimming, tennis and of course for winter sports. When his sons started thinking about it, they were still selling 500 pairs of football boots a year. Still, it felt wrong for Andreas and Toni Schneider to continue running a sporty general store. So they considered: Which range sells particularly well? What are we better at than others?
