Several cases of contamination linked to dry sausages have been observed in recent years, including 18 cases of salmonellosis identified in September 2020 in connection with fuets manufactured by another Spanish establishment, giving rise to two minor hospitalizations.
Another wave of recalls was launched in November 2020 concerning batches of dry sausages and sliced rosettes made near Lyon and marketed by several supermarket chains.
