Space travel: Europe flies to the moon – economy

If NASA wants to land with astronauts on the moon again in 2025, then two things will be new: 50 years after the Apollo flights, the moon missions should become more female, as the program name “Artemis” symbolizes. Named after the twin sister of Apollo in Greek mythology and goddess of the moon. The US space agency wants to send women to the moon for the first time. Another difference is the proportion of European companies. Unlike in the 1960s, when the moonwalkers had lenses and cameras from Zeiss and Hasselblad in their luggage, there are now technologies without which Nasa would not be able to get to the moon: Europe is building the almost 100 meter high super rocket SLS (Space Launch System) as well as the spaceship Orionsitting on the top.
