Since the Hamas attack, 63 anti-Semitic crimes recorded in Bavaria – Bavaria

Since the Hamas terrorist attack, 63 anti-Semitic crimes have been registered with the State Criminal Police Office in Bavaria. The investigators mainly found damage to property and threats of criminal offenses, as the LKA announced in response to a dpa request for preliminary figures (as of November 10th). This was followed by the criminal offense of sedition. The threat of criminal offenses particularly included bomb threats.

The numbers are low compared to the rest of the country. The Federal Criminal Police Office has counted more than 2,900 crimes across Germany since the Hamas attack on October 7th (as of November 9th). The focus is on property damage, incitement to hatred and resistance crimes. The Berlin police alone registered until November 9th. therefore 1199 crimes.
