The police in Dortmund are looking for the fleeing perpetrators and are asking for information from the public

They got out of a small car with machetes and firearms – and opened fire on a 19-year-old’s car. Now the police in Dortmund are looking for five fugitives.
Unknown people shot several times at a 19-year-old’s car in Dortmund. The young man from Dortmund had parked at night to buy cigarettes in a shisha bar when he noticed a small car behind him, reported police on Saturday.
Five masked men with machetes and firearms got out of the car and approached him. The 19-year-old ran away. The masked men then shot several times with live ammunition at the 19-year-old’s car. The car had corresponding bullet holes.
Police are asking for information
The police launched a manhunt in which a helicopter was also used, but were initially unable to catch the masked people. The motive of the attackers is still completely unclear. An investigative commission has started work. The police are asking for information from the public.
