Shots were fired at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory parade. According to the fire department, one person was killed and nine others were injured. It is still unclear whether the crime is connected to the parade.

The Kansas City Chiefs’ big parade after their fourth Super Bowl title was overshadowed by a serious incident. Shots were fired on the sidelines of the event. A fire department spokesman said one person was killed. Nine others were injured. Three of them are therefore in mortal danger.

Police had previously said “several people” had been hit by gunfire. According to information, two armed suspects were arrested.

The event site was evacuated
