The Bavarian Ministry of Art is supporting state cultural institutions – museums, libraries, archives and theaters – with another 1.2 million euros on their way to digital transformation. “With the ‘kultur.digital.vermittlung’ programme, we are giving our institutions a targeted helping hand in testing and further developing digital strategies and bringing together analogue and digital offers – this is how we are making our diverse Bavarian cultural landscape future-proof,” said Minister of the Arts Bernd Sibler during the conference known during his tenure. State cultural institutions can submit an application until May 4, 2022, in which they present a digital strategy for a planned project.
