Around a year before the Bavarian state elections, one thing is certain: Katharina Schulze will not become Prime Minister. The Greens are 37, but the minimum age for the office is 40. CSU and Free Voters reject a reform – and thus prevent Schulze from running for office. A conversation with the Munich native, who grew up in Herrsching am Ammersee and graduated from high school in Gilching, about age limits, women in politics and the question of why the governing parties are sticking to the ban.
